Want something just for you? Our private sessions are created specifically for the individual that you are. It doesn’t matter whether you are just starting out, or are an advanced athlete or practitioner, we will meet you where you’re at and help you get to where you want to go. Under our close guidance we will work with you to meet your goals, deepen and refine your practice, advance your training, or work with specific injuries or health concerns. If you are interested in private training (including yoga, strength and stability training, rehabilitation, boxing, TRX suspension training, mobility, or yoga) please contact us here. 


public classes

Find us in the community- Laura teaches public yoga classes at Avalon Surf Club.

Mondays 4:45pm- 5:45pm Slow Flow: A Flowing mobilising practice ending with gentle stretches and myofascial release.

Please bring your own mat, a towel or block, & 2 tennis balls. $20 cash or bank transfer- no booking required, enter via the stairs on the oceanside of the surf club. Contact us here for more details.
